How to connect your Enerest 4 Portal to the Novasense Portal
Customers using the legacy Enerest 3 Portal must perform a migration to Enerest 4 prior to onboarding in the Novasense Portal. Please contact your local Solar-Log support for assistance with this process.
Solar portfolios using a Solar-Log data logger linked to the Enerest 4 Portal can be integrated into the Novasense Portal using the Enerest 4 API. The following information must be provided to Novasense:
- Portal Name: Your company-specific portal name used to access the Enerest 4 Portal.
- Client ID: API client ID.
- Client Secret: API client secret.
The API information needs to be requested from your local Solar-Log support organization. For Swiss customers, support is managed by Novagrid: info@novagrid.ch. Novagrid can provide the API credentials directly to Novasense upon customer request.
To preserve the integrity of your data, Novasense always recommends transferring security-related information, such as API credentials, in a secure manner and never in clear text via email. Novasense recommends using Infomaniak kPaste for this purpose.
